A farmer in ancient China had a neighbour who was a hunter, and who owned ferocious and poorly trained hunting dogs.

They jumped over the fence frequently and chased the farmer's lambs.

The farmer asked his neighbour to keep his dogs in check, but this fell on deaf ears.

One day the dogs again jumped the fence, attacked and severely injured several of the lambs.

The farmer had had enough, and went to town to consult a judge who listened carefully to the story and said: "I could punish the hunter and instruct him to keep his dogs chained or lock them up. But you would lose a friend and gain an enemy. Which would you rather have, friend or foe for a neighbour?"

The farmer replied that he preferred a friend.

“Alright, I will offer you a solution that keeps your lambs safe, and which will keep your a neighbour a friend."

Having heard the judge's solution, the farmer agreed.

Once at home, the farmer immediately put the judge's suggestions to the test.

He took three of his best lambs and presented them to his neighbour's three small sons, who were beside themselves with joy and began to play with them.

To protect his son's newly acquired playthings, the hunter built a strong kennel for his dogs.

Since then, the dogs never again bothered the farmer's lambs.

Out of gratitude for the farmer's generosity toward his sons, the hunter often shared the game he had hunted with the farmer.

The farmer reciprocated by sending the hunter the cheese he had made.

Within a short time the neighbours became good friends.

A saying in old China went something like this,

“One can win over and influence people the best with gestures of kindness and compassion.”

A similar Western saying:

“One catches more flies with honey than with vinegar."

Let us make an effort to make a pact that we will be polite when we speak and not make rude and sarcastic remarks at every opportunity we get, especially with our families, friends and colleagues.

This year will see the release of new devices with Bluetooth 5 standards. The last update of Bluetooth 4.2 was back in 2014 and it changed the way we used this wireless connection to a great extent. We went from transferring music and photos back in the old days to connecting devices like wireless headphones, speakers and smart home tech to our smartphones. And now with the release of Bluetooth 5, we can expect a much more evolved technology.

Here’s what you need to know about Bluetooth 5 and how it will affect your life.

1. Twice as faster

The new Bluetooth 5 technology is going to be twice as faster than
its predecessor. The doubled speed goes from 1Mbos to 2Mbps. This means
data will be transferred faster between devices which is crucial in
times where we share a lot of high quality and large files.

2. Four times the range

The range was a major setback in the previous Bluetooth standard.
This has been taken care of in the new update that will offer four times
the range than before. This means you can connect your smartphone to
the home theatre in the living room and won’t have to bother about
staying in the same room to maintain range. Bluetooth 5 can cover the
entire home and more with its high range.

3.Can transmit eight times as much data

It can now offer eight times the broadcast message capacity than
Bluetooth 4.2. That means the messages sent will carry eight times as
much data. This will be very useful for smart devices and the Internet of Things (IoT). It will help make way for higher quality transmission.

4.It’s more stable

This update will make devices more stable when connected to other
devices. This way the signal won’t be easily interrupted by other
wireless technologies.

5.Low energy consumption

The creators claim that in spite of all the new upgrades, Bluetooth 5
will be energy efficient. With it you can enjoy better connection and
faster speed without compromising on battery life. This can be very
helpful when you’re relying on your smartphone to play music wirelessly
via the speakers through the night.

6.It is secure

With all the personal information shared through smart home devices,
security becomes an important issue. The creator of this new update say
that Bluetooth 5 adheres to the US federal security regulations and meet
all security standards.

Using devices with this latest technology is surely something to look
forward to in 2017. Manufacturers are expected to roll out Bluetooth 5
in their new devices that will be launched starting early 2017. Since it
is a physical hardware, you won’t be able to update your existing
software but will have to wait for the new devices. However, you won’t
need to replace every gadget, Bluetooth 5 plays well with your existing
Bluetooth 4.2 too.OpenITguruhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03844684079130800960noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7204366763816863932.post-75867100809002374332017-01-06T00:05:00.001-08:002017-01-06T00:05:39.326-08:00Moringa Leaf - Super food for your bodyMoringa Leaf or Nugge Souppu is backyard tree grown commonly in Karnataka houses. UPI is a payment system that allows you to transfer money between any two parties. It is kind NFET/IMPS/RTGS, except it's far more well defined and standardized across banks. it works 24x7, no time restrictions like NEFT.

UPI allows you to pay directly from your bank account to different merchants without the hassle of typing your card details, or netbanking / wallet password. It uses MPIN as part of 2FA manadated by RBI, instead of OTP.

UPI brings the awesome idea of "Virtual Payment Address" (Which look something like 'mypay@hdfc').

Unified Payment Interface is an initiative by National Payments Corporation of India’s (NPCI), set up with the support of the Reserve Bank of India and Indian Banks Association (IBA). The NCPI operates the Rupay payments infrastructure that – like Visa and MasterCard – allows different banks to interconnect and transfer funds. IMPS (Immediate Payments Service) is also an initiative of NCPI. UPI is the advanced version of IMPS.

UPI is now publicly available. Check if your bank has released an updated mobile app with UPI support already.

How Does UPI Work?
Currently, if you want to make a bank payment online, you have to enter their account number, account type, Bank name and IFSC code. Even if you have all these details, typing it all in, particularly on a phone, is a painful process. Most banks take upto 12 hours to add a new payee and only then you can make the transfer.

The idea behind the UPI is to do away with all of this. The interface will allow account holders across banks to send and receive money from their smartphones using just their Aadhaar unique identity number, mobile phone number or virtual payments address without entering bank account details.

According to NPCI, so far only 29 banks have agreed to start this service. If your bank is UPI-enabled, you can ask it to connect you to the system. To initiate a transaction, you can use two types of address—global or local. Global address includes your mobile, Aadhaar and bank account numbers. A local address can be a virtual address. Let’s say your bank gives you a virtual ID similar to your email ID (for instance, name@companyname). This virtual address will allow you to send and receive money from multiple banks and prepaid payment issuers.

So, you will no longer need to use a particular app to send and receive money. For example, if you use a taxi service, at the end of the journey you just have to give your virtual address and the driver will request money from it. You will get a message on your mobile phone asking for authentication. Once you authenticate the transaction by entering your password, it will be complete. This process doesn’t require either the driver or you to share bank details. Since UPI runs on IMPS, the service will be available real time and 24X7.OpenITguruhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03844684079130800960noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7204366763816863932.post-12123524560819501082016-12-12T01:08:00.000-08:002016-12-12T01:08:13.629-08:00Power Herbs for Boosting your Daily Energyherbs are any plants used for food, flavoring, medicine, or fragrances for their savory or aromatic properties.

Before you proceed to get the duplicate insurance policy bond, thoroughly check your cup board.
Question yourself whether you really lost your document? Remember whether you have pledged it for some emergency money requirements, or given it to wife for safe keeping or you must have kept it in old brief case and forgot.

If you does not belong to any of these, then you are a candidate for applying for duplicate insurance policy bond.

If you are sure that, you lost your policy document, below are the steps you need to follow to get the duplicate of your policy document:

1. Contact your local branch of Insurance company and tell them you have lost or misplaced your bond and you have not pledged it.

2. They will tell the procedure to apply for duplicate insurance policy.

3. Please keep in mind that Insured person should approach the branch with Policy number.

4. Better to take what documents you have related to insurance like premium paid certificates/receipts.

Below is the common practice to get the duplicate insurance policy bond.

1. You need to give an Indemnity Bond with Surety from your relatives/friends. Ask the branch customer representative/ manager for the format of Indemnity bond ( See the sample Indemnity bond here or Search in Google) which you do print on the non judiciary stamp paper ( Mostly Rs.100) and get it notarized from any certified notary.
2. Make sure you have witnesses and Surety person sign the bond and surety letter.

Please note that, you must carry

Policy number (prefer any policy premium receipts)

ID proof

Address proof

One passport size photograph

Request letter

You can get your duplicate copy of your Insurance policy document / bond within 2-3 business working days or depend on the Insurance company timelines.

Before you take any decision, better call your Insurance customer care.OpenITguruhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03844684079130800960noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7204366763816863932.post-42127815056703438522016-04-25T05:20:00.000-07:002016-04-25T05:20:11.043-07:00How to counter obesity and reduce fat using Ayurveda
Foods such as sweets, sweetened drinks, carbohydrate and oil rich foods increase kapha and medha (body fat) and must be avoided.
