Huraaly Kalu (Horse Gram) a Fat Burner - Weight Loss

Every morning, in empty stomach eat two teaspoons of this powder followed by a glass of water or drink a glass of water mixed with two teaspoons of horse gram powder in empty stomach every morning. This will give you astonishing results fast.

Horse gram sprout is another way of consuming it. Just like any other bean, soak in water and sprout. Sprouts always have more vitamins. If it is difficult to eat a bowl full of plain horsegram sprouts, then some salad veggies can be added to it along with salt and pepper. This is best for controlling and reducing cholesterol.
